Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales representatives to create sales by prepare document of product features and models, Contacting and coordinating and give advice with customers and those who contact to purchase products
- Prepare various documents such as quotation both in sales and auction documents, Coordinate work planning of sales representatives of the week.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to present product lists and product features.
- Coordinate with both customers and other related departments.
- Prepare documents for bidding submission to government agencies.
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in admin role.
- Good computer skills, knowledge in Microsoft office.
