• Responsible for design, build, implement, administrating and daily operations of system platform.
• Participate in infrastructure migration strategy, design and operational aspects of multiple systems.
• Work as a part of improving infrastructure in support of increased stability, capacity planning, tuning and performance of all IT services.
• Perform troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and perform root cause of critical outages in support of continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science.

- Knowledge of hardware and software installation and setting up.

- Knowledge of everything Windows including Windows 10, 2016, 2020, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc

- Knowledge of virtual machine including (VMWare, Hyper-V) 

- Knowledge of Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Docker container)

- Ability to operating system and database hardening, patching, remediation and performance tuning, capacity management, and server monitoring

- Ability to support on-site at upcountry.

- High ability to learn new technology.

- Good English communication is required.
