Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing comprehensive export sales operations, promoting sales, and effectively servicing existing clients. The role plays a key part in seeking new customers, expanding into new markets to grow the customer base, and managing relationships to ensure maximum partner satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management
  • Negotiate product proposals and close sales with both new and existing international clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, oversee the customer base, track orders, and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Manage customer relationships, monitor overall satisfaction, and drive repeat orders.
  • Oversee sales operations, track performance to meet assigned targets, and follow up on customer payment collections.
2. Coordination & Export Documentation
  • Prepare necessary export documentation, including Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices, etc.
  • Ensure smooth and effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Warehouse, Labeling, Production, and Quality Control) to ensure complete and accurate export preparation.
3. Sales Promotion & Marketing
  • Plan and execute joint sales promotion activities with international clients.
  • Conduct business visits to clients on various occasions to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
  • Represent the company at domestic and international trade exhibitions.
4. Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Proactively seek new customers and explore new international markets.
  • Attend trade seminars and participate in trade networks to discover new business opportunities.
5. Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare and summarize monthly and annual sales reports, including sales from Key Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and annual sales plans.
  • Summarize and report the outcomes of overseas business trips and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications

Gender / Age: Unspecified
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Any field)
Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in international sales management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent command of English and/or other foreign languages for business communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate professionally with business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to accurately evaluate market potential and product positioning.
  • Ability to effectively manage and utilize company resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills for both internal and external environments.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
  • Strong human relations, professional personality, polite demeanor, and a strong service mind.
