Responsibilities

1. Media Relations Support
• Assist in preparing media lists and maintaining media databases.
• Monitor media coverage and compile daily, weekly, and monthly media
reports.
• Support the distribution of press releases and media materials.
• Coordinate with media representatives, influencers, and external
agencies.
• Assist in organizing media visits, interviews, and press conferences.
2. Content Development
• Support the creation of communication materials, including:
• Press releases
• Corporate news articles
• Social media content
• Internal communication materials
• Event announcements
• Conduct research and gather information for communication projects.
• Assist in proofreading and editing content in both Thai and English.
3. Social Media Monitoring
• Monitor social media platforms and online conversations related to the
company and brands.
• Track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Collect and organize user - generated content (UGC) and influencer
content.
• Prepare social listening and communication performance reports.
4. Event and Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, exhibitions, CSR
activities, and trade shows.
• Support event logistics, registration management, and attendee
coordination.
• Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and communication
assets.
• Participate in on -site event operations when required.
5. CSR & ESG Communication Support
• Assist in documenting CSR and sustainability activities.
• Support data collection for ESG and sustainability reporting.
• Prepare communication materials related to community engagement and
environmental initiatives.
• Help coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
6. Administrative Support
• Organize communication files, photos, videos, and project documents.
• Prepare meeting minutes and project updates.
• Support budget tracking and project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Communications team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication Arts,
Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, English, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Branding, CSR,
ESG, and Sustainability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude, creativity, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple projects
simultaneously.
