Purchasing Manager - Preserved Food Specialty Co., Ltd.

• evelop domestic and international procurement strategies and directions aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and lead the procurement team to achieve cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Negotiate with vendors and partners for the best possible deals for the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key domestic and international vendors.
• Analyze markets, suppliers, and price trends to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Oversee the entire procurement process in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, and other departments to manage the supply chain efficiently.
• Prepare analytical reports and present procurement department performance to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in purchasing and supply chain management, with experience at a managerial level.
• Experience in managing purchasing both domestically and internationally, especially in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and manage vendor relationships.
• In-depth understanding of purchasing processes, regulations, and supply chain risk management.
• Strong data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business-level spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or related purchasing software.
