Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and manage construction activities to ensure the project meets timeline, budget, quality targets, and the company policy.
  • Coordinate with the Owner, Owner Engineers, Package Contractors, and other third party to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and propose corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with quality safety and environmental (QSE) regulations and enforce QSE practices on-site.
  • Participate in site meetings, follow up on action items, and coordinate cross-functional issues.
  • Verify work done on-site for progress claims and support documentation for project billing.
  • Act as the Project representative of contact for project activities during the acting period.

    • Qualifications

    ·    Age 45 and above.

    ·    Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

    ·    Hold a professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineering license at the Professional level or higher.

    ·    More than 20 years of progressive experience.

    ·    Ability and expertise in budget, time and risk management

    ·    Proven experience in project management for construction related to M&E System installation for high-rise buildings, tunnels,
         expressways, railways, elevated highway project, or other areas, with a minimum project value of 2,000 MB.

    ·    Possessing strong leadership, communication, construction methods, negotiation, problem-solving and language skills.

    ·    Knowledge in M&E construction techniques, construction methods, safety management and relevant regulations and laws.

    ·    Able in using necessary computer applications or program related to project planning, monitoring and appraisal.

    ·    Experience in Metro, Tram or other rail transports will be given special consideration.

    Job Summary

    In this senior E&M Project Manager role, you will lead and manage construction activities to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, quality targets, and company policy. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating with project owners, owner engineers, package contractors, and other third parties to ensure smooth site operations, promptly identifying potential risks or delays and proposing corrective actions. You will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) regulations and practices on-site, verifying work progress for claims, and supporting documentation for project billing. This position requires proven experience in project management for M&E system installations in high-rise buildings, tunnels, expressways, railways, or elevated highway projects, with a minimum project value of 2,000 MB, alongside a professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineering license.
