E&M Project Manager - CH. KARNCHANG PUBLIC CO.,LTD.

·    Age 45 and above.

·    Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

·    Hold a professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineering license at the Professional level or higher.

·    More than 20 years of progressive experience.

·    Ability and expertise in budget, time and risk management

·    Proven experience in project management for construction related to M&E System installation for high-rise buildings, tunnels,
     expressways, railways, elevated highway project, or other areas, with a minimum project value of 2,000 MB.

·    Possessing strong leadership, communication, construction methods, negotiation, problem-solving and language skills.

·    Knowledge in M&E construction techniques, construction methods, safety management and relevant regulations and laws.

·    Able in using necessary computer applications or program related to project planning, monitoring and appraisal.

·    Experience in Metro, Tram or other rail transports will be given special consideration.
