Responsibilities

  • Responsible for construction activities and construction management to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, and completed within the approved schedule and budget.
  • Supervise and control construction work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    • Qualifications

    ·    Age 40 and above.

    ·    Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

    ·    Hold a professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineering license.

    ·    More than 15 years of progressive experience.

    ·    Ability and expertise in budget and time management.

    ·    Proven experience in management for construction related to M&E System installation in high-rise buildings, tunnels, expressways,
         railways, elevated highway project or other areas, with a minimum project value of 1,000 MB.

    ·    Possessing leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.

    ·    Knowledge in construction techniques, construction methods, safety management and relevant regulations and laws.

    ·    Able in using Microsoft Office, Auto CAD or necessary computer applications or program related to the construction management.

    Job Summary

    As an E&M Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets. This senior role involves supervising and controlling construction work to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). You will leverage your extensive experience, particularly in managing M&E system installations for large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, tunnels, expressways, or railways, with a minimum project value of 1,000 MB.
