ธุรกิจ Healthcare: จัดจำหน่ายและให้บริการด้านการตลาดสำหรับสินค้าและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงยาและเวชภัณฑ์
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบ นับสินค้า ความถูกต้องของสต็อกในโรงพยาบาล consignment ให้ตรงกับของจริง
- บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้าในระบบ (เช่น จำนวนสินค้าเข้า–ออก, วันหมดอายุ, lot/batch)
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและทำการคีย์ข้อมูลเข้าระบบ
- ติดต่อประสานกับหน่วยงานที่ใช้สินค้า (เช่น โรงพยาบาล, แผนกการแพทย์, ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ)
- บันทึกการใช้งานสินค้าฝากขายเพื่อวางบิล/ชำระเงินให้ถูกต้อง
- สรุปยอดการใช้สินค้า consignment และส่งรายงานให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนับสต็อคสินค้า คลังสินค้า อย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ มีทักษะสามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน สื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถรับมือกับสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีรถส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่ สามารถเดินทางนอกพื้นที่ได้
- มีวินัยในการทำงาน ตรงต่อเวลา
