Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมสต็อก รวมถึงการตรวจนับและการคงเหลือสินค้า ให้ถูกต้องตามนโยบายบริษัทและมาตรฐาน GMP
- จัดทำและดูแลข้อมูล/เอกสารสินค้าคงคลัง พร้อมให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและทันเวลาแก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดสต็อกจริงกับระบบ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความสูญเสียและความคลาดเคลื่อนในการจัดส่ง
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสต็อกเพื่อหา root cause ของความแตกต่าง (เช่น Good Reject) และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข/ป้องกัน
- จัดทำรายงาน Dashboard และ Insight เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุม ดูแล และให้คำแนะนำทีมงานให้ทำงานตามเป้าหมาย พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลการจัดเก็บสินค้า การจัดส่ง และการจัดการ SKU พิเศษให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการในการควบคุมการปรับปรุงสต็อก (Stock Adjustment) และติดตามความถูกต้องของรายการปรับปรุง
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานด้านคลังสินค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดข้อผิดพลาด
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า / Inventory อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมสต็อก และกระบวนการ Stock Count / Reconciliation
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel พื้นฐานได้ (เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้การแนะนำได้
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานที่ DC บางนา กม. 20 ได้
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันได้ (จันทร์ - เสาร์)
