Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการพื้นที่การขายและจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันหล่อลื่น รวมถึงดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และจัดการด้านการจัดเรียงสินค้า ณ จุดขาย
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการกระจายสินค้า (Coverage/OHD) และยกระดับการจัดวางสินค้าในร้านค้า เพื่อขยายช่องทางจำหน่ายและยอดขาย
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของทีมตามตัวชี้วัดหลัก (KPI) และแผนการขาย พร้อมให้คำแนะนำเพื่อพัฒนาการทำงานของทีมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บริหาร ควบคุม พัฒนา และประเมินผลทีมงานในแต่ละไซต์ ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศูนย์กระจายสินค้า, เจ้าหน้าที่โทรขายสินค้า, ทีมขายหน่วยรถ, เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ, พนักงานรายวัน, พนักงานขับรถ และผู้รับเหมา
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ในงบประมาณ พร้อมลดความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิตและการสูญเสียทางการเงิน
- ป้องกันและควบคุมการสูญเสียของสต็อกและเงินสดในแต่ละไซต์ พร้อมตรวจสอบยอดสินค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมออย่างน้อยเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง
- ดูแลควบคุมและรักษาทรัพย์สินของบริษัทในทุกจุดปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงบริหารการใช้ยานพาหนะและทีมขายให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย จริยธรรม และคุณภาพของธุรกิจน้ำมันหล่อลื่นอย่างเคร่งครัด
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลบริหารจัดการศูนย์กระจายสินค้า การบริหารพื้นที่ขาย หรือการจัดจำหน่ายสินค้า อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านการวางแผนการขาย การจัดการทีม และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารงบประมาณ ควบคุมต้นทุน และวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต
- มีภาวะผู้นำสูง สามารถดูแลและพัฒนาทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และสามารถตัดสินใจได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทริป และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดได้ทั่วประเทศ
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และยึดมั่นในจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint
