Responsibilities


Job summary:

Oversee and direct client management team to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of clients.

General responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Lead the development of clients' business and marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
  • Oversee the business integration process for new clients to ensure alignment to all relevant functions and smooth integration
  • Oversee and monitor clients' and DKSH's profit and loss to achieve sales targets and ensure best benefit from contract management
  • Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new business of existing clients; take accountability for contract renegotiation
  • Lead the team to provide effective solutions for clients' requirements related to ad hoc operational issues
  • Oversee business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
  • Develop strategic client relationships for effective business planning and business growth
  • Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as Trade Marketing Leader from the FMCG company
  • Channel of Sales: Modern Trade (Hyper, Super, CVS) / Local Modern Trade / General Trade / Traditional Trade
  • Good command in both Thai & English languages
  • At least 5 years of experience in Team Management
