Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with each marketplace platform's SLA.
- Monitor, track, and improve order fulfillment performance in line with marketplace requirements (e.g., OTIF, lead time, cancellation rate, and return rate).
- Work closely with client management, customer service, and clients to manage expectations, resolve issues, and enhance service quality.
- Analyze operational costs and P&L related to E-commerce and logistics, providing insights for financial performance.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize operational expenses without compromising SLA and customer experience.
- Plan workforce allocation and resource management effectively to match order volumes and business plans.
- Develop and continuously improve operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability of e-commerce operations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare KPI, performance, and SLA reports to support managerial decision-making.
- Strategic planning for E-commerce operations and performance management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as marketplaces, logistics providers, and IT, to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce operations, online business, or Marketplace management
- Experience managing Order Fulfillment, SLA compliance, and operational KPIs
- Experience in process improvement, cost analysis, and performance reporting
- Prior experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience with digital tools for dashboards, automation, and reporting is preferred
- Able to work 6 days per week
- Available to work at Bangna KM.20
