Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for defining financial strategies and managing risks to ensure long-term stability and business growth. This role oversees the entire scope of Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), as well as tax compliance and regulatory matters to ensure financial data is accurate, transparent, and supports the strategic decision-making of senior executive management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Governance
- Oversee monthly and yearly financial closing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and tax laws.
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
- Efficiently manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) systems
2. Financial Strategy & Treasury
- Manage corporate cash flow and overall liquidity.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to support the CEO’s decision-making.
- Analyze quarterly profit reports and provide financial insights to assist executive management.
- Develop financial projections and align financial planning frameworks with organizational goals
3. Leadership & Digital Transformation
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team into a high-performing unit.
- Drive the implementation of ERP systems or automation tools to reduce manual tasks and enhance data accuracy.
Work style: Onsite 100% (Mon - Fri and Sat 1 day per Month)
Location: Head Office (Soi Charoen Rat, Khlong San Near ICONSIAM)
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including a minimum of 5 years in mid-to-senior management roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- High level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
- Technology: Proficiency in financial software, technology, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
