Responsibilities
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure projects are delivered according to the approved schedule, timeline, and targets. Identify delays and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures, analyze budget variances, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects remain within the approved budget.
- Control and ensure project quality in compliance with engineering requirements, applicable standards, specifications, and project quality objectives.
- Manage and coordinate project stakeholders, both internal and external, including customers, contractors, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure effective project execution and alignment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management, covering project progress, budget, quality, risks, issues, challenges, and matters requiring management decisions.
- Perform duties and travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs to coordinate, monitor project progress, and support project execution.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, or R&D projects is highly preferred.
- International project coordination or experience working with overseas customers, suppliers, contractors, or teams is an advantage.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Good command of English, with strong communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
