Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze As-Is workflows, design To-Be processes, and drive ERP enhancement initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs from Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams into Technical Specifications for developers.
- ERP Implementation: Design, configure, and test ERP modules supporting core accounting and operational workflows.
- Data & Workflow Support: Utilize basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction, workflow support, and logic verification.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline documentation, problem-solving, and workflow automation.
- System Support: Deliver user training, create system documentation, and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- 🎯 Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years as an ERP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in ERP implementation.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management processes.
- Technical & AI Skills:
- Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize daily work and productivity.
- Fundamental understanding of Python.
- Working knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in AIS, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
