Responsibilities
Job Purpose
To handle day-to-day procurement activities including purchase order issue. Screening and sourcing raw material and any other service request by related departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sources and negotiates with suppliers on quality, cost and delivery so as to obtain the maximum benefit.
- Performs vendor selection for RFQ and evaluates Direct vendor capability/capacity
- Creates Purchase Order/Draft Contract, and ensures it compliance the company and department rules and regulations.
- Tracks and expedites the delivery.
- Handles the vendor billing.
- Performs regular performance review to drive continuous improvements.
- Prepares and updates Approved Vendor List and maintain Vendor Maser Data.
- Focus cost saving projects, researches the market to introduce the new source or technology.
- Resolves material non-conformance/discrepancy with supplier.
- Works as a liaison between suppliers and AAB to streamline relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business management, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years procurement experience preferred in automotive.
- Chinese Language is preferable.
- Company : Absolute Assembly Co., Ltd (Work on alternate Saturday)
