Responsibilities
1. จัดทำเอกสารและดำเนินการตามมาตรฐาน ISO9001 และ ISO14001
2. ควบคุมเอกสาร จัดทำ/ขึ้นทะเบียน/แก้ไข/ทบทวนเอกสารให้เป็นปัจจุบัน เช่น PD/WI/FM ภายในแผนก
3. ติดตามการดำเนินการตรวจติดตามภายใน(IQA) / แก้ไขข้อบกพร่องที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (CAR)
4. จัดทำข้อมูลรายงานเพื่อประกอบการประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร
5. รับการ Audit จากหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
6. เปิด PR เพื่อทำการสั่งซื้อวัสดุ/อุปกรณ์ สำหรับใช้งานหรือใช้สำหรับการประกอบในแผนก
Qualifications
1. เพศ ชาย/หญิง
2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
3. วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
4. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001 หรือ ระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
