Responsibilities
1.ออกแบบ พัฒนาหลักสูตร วิธีการติดตามผล สำหรับการดำเนินการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาเพื่อส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน
2.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กรและแนวโน้มการพัฒนาใหม่ๆ รวมถึง Competency Gap เพื่อจัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความทันสมัยสอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์และวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
3.วางแผน กำกับ ดูแล ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามคู่มือขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน และตามที่กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานกำหนด
4.ควบคุมดูแลการเก็บบันทึกประวัติการฝึกอบรมภายในและภายนอกของพนักงานทั้งหมด
5.ควบคุมดูแลดำเนินการนำส่งข้อมูลต่างๆในการฝึกอบรมให้ถูกต้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
6.ร่วมดำเนินการงานด้านพัฒนาองค์กร เช่น การวางระบบ / JD / Career Path / WI / Succession Plan / Promotion
7.พัฒนางานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรและพัฒนาองค์กรอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. เพศ : ชาย/หญิง
2. อายุ : 30 ปีขึ้นไป
3. การศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี/โท บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล / รัฐศาสตร์ / จิตวิทยา / กฎหมาย / การจัดการ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร 3-5 ปี
5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
