Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนและดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรพร้อมใช้งานและทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพงานบำรุงรักษา เพื่อลดการหยุดเครื่องจักรและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงข้อมูลทะเบียนเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- กำหนดแผนงานซ่อมบำรุง และติดตามการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการใช้งาน รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในโรงงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนงานซ่อมบำรุงและโครงการต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านวิศวกรรมและแผนงานบำรุงรักษา
- ควบคุมและดูแลการจัดเก็บเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และอะไหล่ที่ใช้ในงานซ่อมบำรุง
- ควบคุมการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ภายในโรงงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารด้านงานบำรุงรักษาให้เป็นไปตามระบบและนโยบายของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับผู้บริหารหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดซื้อหรือซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
- ให้คำแนะนำ ถ่ายทอดความรู้ และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมงานปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- เพศชาย อายุ 21–40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมเครื่องมือวัด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรและระบบการผลิต รวมถึงการอ่านแบบและการออกแบบเครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และมีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
