Responsibilities

  • Customer Service (Eng skill) - easy access to BTS
  • __________________________________
  • Average Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 /month
  • Base salary: 22,000 - 24,000 /month (negotiate)
  • KPI: 1,000 THB /per month (Based on performance)
  • Time attendant: 750 THB /per month (Based on performance)
  • Shift allowance: 200 THB /per day
  • Location: Bangna, Bangkok (easy access to BTS)

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Receive inbound call from customer regarding after sale service via telephone and email.
  • • Perform after sale service tasks to customers. (return or etc.)

  • Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Senior Vocational’ s degree, Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Fluent in Thai and English (SVAR B1 - B2)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Able to work in shift Flexible to work in 9 hours shift including 1 hour break ranging from (07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, 22:00-07.00)
  • Work schedule 5 days of the week, weekly off 2 days/ week
  • Public Holiday Roaster: public holiday will be treated as a normal working day due to job nature, additional payment will be paid for those who either have a day off or a working day matched with public holiday
