Payroll Specialist - Manpower - BS3_IT & Others (Skillpower Services (Thailand) Co.,Ltd)

• Support multiple countries by entering and updating payroll information accurately and on time in payroll systems, computer programs, or databases
• Maintain data entry requirements by following established payroll procedures and guidelines
• Prepare third-party payment requests for submission to the Accounts Payable team
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management, controllers, government authorities, and vendors
• Handle basic inquiries from employees and business contacts regarding payroll matters
• Monitor payroll interface jobs and perform necessary corrections when required
• Analyze payroll results and identify issues or incorrect wage type calculations, then coordinate with related parties to resolve them

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English, TOEIC>700
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Flexible working hours and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Experience in payroll operations or HR shared services is an advantage
