- เจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาพนักงาน คลัง Shopee ( บางเสาธง, สมุทรปราการ )

- เจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาพนักงาน คลัง Shopee (โคกขาม, สมุทรสาคร) : อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร

** ทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์ หยุด เสาร์ - อาทิตย์ นักขัตฤกษ์

** เวลางาน : 09.00 - 18.00 และ 10.00 - 19.00

** สัญญา 6 เดือน (พิจารณาต่อสัญญาจาก KPI)

รายละเอียดงาน :

- มีประสบการณ์ Recruitment สรรหาบุคลากร

- ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ (สรรหา คัดกรอง Offer และส่งเริ่มงาน)

- สรรหาพนักงานกลุ่ม Mass เช่น ขนส่ง คลังสินค้า ไรเดอร์ และตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- คัดเลือกผู้สมัครให้ตรงตามคุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงาน

- ประสานงานผู้สมัครและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในขั้นตอนการเริ่มงาน

** มี Target เป้าหมายที่ต้องส่งผู้สมัครเริ่มงานให้ได้ตามเป้ากำหนด

- อายุไม่เกิน 37 ปี

- สามารถเดินทางและปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ รวมถึงพื้นที่คลังสินค้าและศูนย์กระจายสินค้า

- สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาการทำงานตามความเหมาะสมของหน้างาน

- มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี

- มีทักษะในการสร้างคอนเทนต์และสรรหาผู้สมัครผ่าน Social Media เช่น TikTok, Facebook และช่องทางออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ

- มีความเชิงรุกในการสรรหาผู้สมัคร ทั้ง Online และ Offline พร้อมลงพื้นที่เพื่อเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายในชุมชนและตลาดแรงงาน

- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและดูแลผู้สมัครอย่างมืออาชีพ สร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีตลอดกระบวนการสรรหา

- สามารถติดตามและประสานงานผู้สมัครอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่การนัดหมายจนถึงวันเริ่มงาน
