• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Event Marketing role.
• At least 3 years of experience in event planning within medium or large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing congresses, meetings, and external agencies.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and compliance skills.
• Analytical mindset coupled with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Skilled in cross-functional coordination and providing remote support.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
