Responsibilities

Head of Business Development and Finance

Location : Bangna

Strategy & Business Development

• Lead the development and execution of the company's growth strategy, including marketing, investment, go-to-market, and new product strategies.

• Identify, evaluate, and structure new business opportunities, joint ventures, partnerships, and projects with external parties.

• Shape the company's overall business strategy and assess company performance against strategic and financial goals.

• Review current products and market trends to propose new business ideas that improve revenue and margins.

• Develop an understanding of the company's manufacturing and operational processes to identify efficiency and cost-optimisation opportunities.

Financial Reporting, Modeling & Analysis

• Own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting (actuals vs. budget).

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, valuation, and investment appraisal.

• Prepare proforma financial statements and consolidated business plans to support management decisions and fundraising.

• Analyse financial data to provide insight and recommendations that support the CEO's and Board's decision-making.

• Manage capital structure and corporate finance decisions, working with financial advisors where required.

Internal Reporting & Presentation

• Design and deliver clear, executive-level internal reports, dashboards, and presentations for the CEO, executives, shareholders, and the Board.

• Consolidate strategies, business plans, and performance results into board-ready materials.

• Communicate financial and strategic findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Investor, Bank & Financial Institution Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for investors, banks, and financial institutions.

• Lead fundraising and negotiate debt, credit facilities, and banking arrangements on behalf of the company.

• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and data-room materials for investors and lenders.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with capital providers and key financial counterparties.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead, mentor, and develop the business development and finance team.

• Liaise with business stakeholders across all levels and functions to achieve company goals.

• Ensure compliance with relevant tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English — Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required — this role deals directly with international investors, banks, and partners.

• Strong presentation skills, with advanced command of PowerPoint and financial modeling in Excel.

• Ideally 8+ years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, including experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.

• Proven ability to deal with investors, banks, and financial institutions, and to lead fundraising or financing processes.

• Strong analytical skills: able to analyse complex financial and market information and translate it into viable strategic plans.

• Strong communication skills: able to present findings and plans clearly to executives, the Board, and external stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and sound commercial judgement.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - a Master's degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA is an advantage.

• A proactive, hands-on leader who is willing to learn and to work closely with the CEO.
