About the role

As a Property Consultant, you will provide professional consultation and present residential properties to clients. You will analyze customer needs and offer optimal options to support their purchasing decisions, managing the complete customer journey from sales presentation through to property handover.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation and present residential properties

• Analyze customer needs and offer optimal options to support purchasing decisions

• Manage and oversee every stage of the customer journey

• Handle sales presentation, booking, contract signing, mortgage application, ownership transfer, and property handover

• Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients

• Uphold service standards and brand image as an official representative.
  
  Salary: 14,000 THB /Month Allowance: 4,000 THB /Month

  • Earn high commissions of 175,000+ THB/month upon meeting targets

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Fluent or good command of spoken and written English

• Fresh Graduates welcome if they possess strong English skills, professional personality, agility, positive attitude, and strong willingness to learn

• Work schedule: 6 days per week (Day off on Sunday)

• Requires attending weekly meetings and meeting clients or visiting project sites
