Gl Accountant - Manpower - BS3_IT & Others (Skillpower Services (Thailand) Co.,Ltd)

• ดำเนินการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน ไตรมาส และประจำปีให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
• จัดทำ Journal Entries, Accruals, Deferrals และ Reclassifications
• ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภท (General Ledger Reconciliation)
• วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างทางบัญชี (Variance Analysis) และดำเนินการแก้ไขรายการที่ผิดปกติ
• จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและรายงานเพื่อการบริหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บริหารจัดการรายการทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจประกันภัย ซึ่งรวมถึง Premium Accounting, Claims Accounting, Reserve Accounting, IBNR (ค่าสินไหมที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้รับแจ้ง), UPR (เบี้ยประกันรับล่วงหน้า), Reinsurance Accounting และ Investment Accounting
• สนับสนุนการกระทบยอดบัญชีระหว่างบริษัท (Intercompany Reconciliation) และการจัดทำงบการเงินรวม (Consolidation)
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Audit) และการตรวจสอบภายนอก (External Audit)
• ดูแลให้กระบวนการทางการเงินเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ SOX และ ICFR Controls
• ประสานงานกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, Reinsurance และ Investment Accounting
• เริ่มปฏิบัติงานจากประเทศไทยในระหว่างรอการอนุมัติ Employment Pass
• ย้ายไปปฏิบัติงานที่ Selangor ประเทศมาเลเซียหลังจากได้รับอนุมัติ Employment Pass

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้าน Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger (GL) หรือ Financial Reporting
• ความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการทางบัญชี ได้แก่ Journal Entries, Accruals, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial Reporting และ Month-end Closing
• ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับใช้งานได้ดี
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหา
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประกันภัยหรือ Reinsurance เป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Premium, Claims, Reserve, IBNR, UPR, Reinsurance และ Investment Accounting จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ประสบการณ์ด้าน SOX, ICFR และ Audit Controls เป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
• ประสบการณ์ในองค์กรข้ามชาติ, Shared Service Center (SSC) หรือ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) เป็นประโยชน์
• ทักษะการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ขั้นสูงและประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP
• สามารถเริ่มงานจากประเทศไทยและย้ายไปปฏิบัติงานที่ Selangor ประเทศมาเลเซียได้ หลังจากได้รับอนุมัติ Employment Pass
