✦ ฐานเงินเดือน 18,000 บาท

✦ มีค่าคอมมิชชั่น incentive max 2,000

** ทำงาน : จันทร์ - เสาร์ หยุด อาทิตย์ นักขัตฤกษ์

** เวลางาน : 09:00 – 18:00 และ 10:00 – 19:00

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- รับผิดชอบงานสรรหาพนักงานเพื่อรองรับการดำเนินงานภายในคลังสินค้า Shopee ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

- ค้นหา คัดกรอง และสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะ Facebook และ Social Media

- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการคลังสินค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อปิดอัตรากำลังได้ตามแผนและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

- ดูแลและติดตามผู้สมัครตลอดกระบวนการสรรหา ตั้งแต่สมัครงานจนถึงวันเริ่มงาน

- บริหารฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของแต่ละคลังสินค้า

- จัดทำและอัปเดตรายงานผลการสรรหา รวมถึงสนับสนุนกิจกรรม Mass Recruitment และกิจกรรมสรรหาอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช , ปวส , ปริญญาตรี

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Recruitment สรรหาบุคลากร

- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร สามารถอธิบายรายละเอียดงานให้ผู้สมัครเข้าใจได้อย่างชัดเจน

- สามารถสรรหาผู้สมัครผ่าน Social Media เช่น Facebook ได้

- สามารถทำงานเชิงรุกทั้ง Online และ Offline พร้อมลงพื้นที่สรรหาผู้สมัครได้

- มีใจรักงานบริการ ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำผู้สมัครอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดกระบวนการสรรหา

- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง คล่องตัว พร้อมทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายและ KPI

- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้
