1. อายุ 22–40 ปี จบปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ขายหรือให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงบประมาณและเงื่อนไขทางการเงิน เช่น รถยนต์ สินเชื่อ ประกัน ที่ปรึกษาการเงิน หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์
3. วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและงบประมาณลูกค้า คำนวณค่างวดหรือวงเงินกู้เบื้องต้น และอธิบายให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้
4. * เดินทางไปประจำโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ หยุดวันธรรมดา และทำงานเสาร์–อาทิตย์ได้*
5. สามารถขับรถยนต์ และมีใบขับขี่
