Safety Officer - Manpower - BS3_IT & Others (Skillpower Services (Thailand) Co.,Ltd)

📍 Work Location (Assigned to one of the following provinces) : Prachinburi, Chonburi, or Ayutthaya

💰 Salary : THB 30,000 - 35,000/month 
(Based on experience. Please note that the maximum salary for this position is THB 35,000 and is non-negotiable.)

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) activities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety laws, regulations, standards, and company requirements

• Conduct safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors

• Perform workplace safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions for unsafe conditions and behaviors

• Assist in accident investigations, incident reporting, and implementation of preventive measures

• Manage environmental-related activities, including waste management, air pollution control, wastewater management, and environmental compliance

• Support ISO management systems, internal/external audits, and inspections by government authorities

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field

• Must hold a Professional Safety Officer (Professional Level) Certificate

• Good command of English, as the initial interview will be conducted in English and there will be an English assessment during the selection process

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SHE, HSE, or Environmental roles within manufacturing, construction, or related industries

• Solid knowledge of safety regulations, environmental laws, industrial waste management, and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards

• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
