Shift Leader - หัวหน้ากะ - Manpower - BS3_IT & Others (Skillpower Services (Thailand) Co.,Ltd)

• ควบคุมและเดินระบบโรงไฟฟ้า รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้ดำเนินงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย มีเสถียรภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย
• กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานภายในกะ พร้อมมอบหมายและให้คำแนะนำในการทำงานประจำวันแก่ Operator และพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชา
• ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของโรงไฟฟ้า เช่น Boiler, Turbine, Generator, Pump, Conveyor, Utility และระบบสนับสนุนต่างๆ เพื่อรักษาประสิทธิภาพและกำลังการผลิตพลังงานให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสม
• ตรวจหาความผิดปกติในการเดินระบบ วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของอุปกรณ์และระบบ พร้อมประสานงานกับทีมซ่อมบำรุงและทีมปฏิบัติการเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
• ตรวจสอบพื้นที่และอุปกรณ์ภายในโรงไฟฟ้าเป็นประจำ และควบคุมค่าการทำงานต่างๆ ให้อยู่ภายในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
• จัดทำและดูแล Operation Log, รายงาน, ใบอนุญาตทำงาน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเดินระบบให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO), การทำงานในพื้นที่อับอากาศ, Permit-to-Work และมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยของโรงไฟฟ้า
• สนับสนุนการฝึกอบรม Operator การถ่ายทอดความรู้ และกิจกรรมปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน
• ประสานงานกับ Operations Manager และหน่วยงานอื่นทั้งในช่วงการเดินเครื่องปกติ การหยุดเครื่อง การเริ่มเดินเครื่อง และกรณีฉุกเฉิน

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมพลังงาน หรือสาขาเทคนิคอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในโรงไฟฟ้า โรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานจากขยะ (Waste-to-Energy) โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหนัก หรืออุตสาหกรรมกระบวนการผลิต
• มีประสบการณ์รับผิดชอบงานด้านการเดินระบบที่เพิ่มขึ้นตามลำดับ จนถึงระดับ Shift Supervisor หรือใกล้เคียง
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบหลักของโรงไฟฟ้า เช่น Boiler, Steam Turbine, Generator, Pump, Valve, Instrumentation & Control System และ Utility
• ความสามารถในการสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจด้านการเดินระบบทั้งในสภาวะปกติและสภาวะผิดปกติ
• ความเข้าใจในระบบความปลอดภัยของโรงไฟฟ้า, Permit-to-Work และ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• มีคุณลักษณะมุ่งเน้นเป้าหมาย, สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม, พร้อมเรียนรู้ และมีความยืดหยุ่น
• หากมีประสบการณ์หรือเคยรับผิดชอบงานในลักษณะ Acting Shift Lead, Senior Operator หรือการประสานงานภายใน Control Room จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
