• วางแผน บริหารจัดการ และควบคุมกิจกรรมการซ่อมบำรุงอาคารและอุปกรณ์ภายในสโตร์
• ดูแลระบบความปลอดภัยและความสะอาดสุขาภิบาล
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของสโตร์เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) สาขาไฟฟ้า หรือปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเครื่องทำความร้อน, เครื่องปรับอากาศ, เครื่องทำความเย็น, เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า และการควบคุมเครื่องยนต์ อย่างน้อย 2-4 ปี
• ประสบการณ์การซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาอาคาร อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
