Responsibilities
- บันทึกรายการบัญชีประจำวันในระบบ (เช่น SAP) ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบสำคัญจ่าย และใบสำคัญรับ
- กระทบยอดบัญชีต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ บัญชีธนาคาร บัญชีลูกหนี้ และบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ทุกสิ้นเดือน
- ตรวจสอบ จัดทำ และนำส่งรายงานภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น ภ.ง.ด., ภ.พ.30) ต่อหน่วยงานราชการตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินประจำเดือน ไตรมาส และปี เพื่อสนับสนุนการปิดงบการเงิน
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการตั้งเบิก-จ่าย และบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายให้ถูกต้องตามงวดบัญชี
- ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีทั้งภายในและภายนอก (Internal/External Audit)
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นระบบ ระเบียบ สามารถค้นหาและพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
- สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานด้านบัญชีให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation methods.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- A Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
