• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขานิติศาศาสตร์
• มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ
• มีประสบการณ์งานกฎหมายในธุรกิจประกันภัยไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ปี 
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องใช้สำนักงานได้ดี
• มีภาวะผู้นำและบริหารจัดการได้ดี
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการติดต่อสื่อสารได้ดี
• ละเอียดรอบคอบ, มีความอดทนสูงและทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีบุคลิกภาพ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีความสามารถในการอ่านและจับประเด็นได้ดี
• มีทักษะและความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านการดำเนินคดี เพ่งและอาญา
