Responsibilities
Responsible to design the electrical control system customization design of wire bonder machine follow customer requirements, to design and follow the new function/units design of wire bonder machine. And proceed of any projects to achieve follow the assignment from supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelor of Electronics Engineering
- Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
- Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering (Mainly Electronics)
2. Experience
- 3 years or more in Automation engineer or electrical design engineer is preferable.
3. Other attributions
- Good knowledge of Analog circuit and Digital circuit analysis
- Good knowledge of electric measurement tool (Oscilloscope, Multimeter and Thermocouple)
- Good knowledge of MCU, PLC and FPGA.
- Good knowledge of Computer programing C, Python.
- Able to business trip domestic and overseas.
4. Computer skill
- Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- OrCAD, AutoCAD, Pspice and Quartus Prime.
5. Language
-Able communicate in English language
