Mechanical Design - YAMAHA ROBOTICS MANUFACTURING ASIA CO., LTD

In this Mechanical Design role, you will play a key part in reviewing machine specifications based on customer requests and preparing the Unit list (Bill of Material) for Wire Bonder machines. You will support the production assembly of new designs or improved functions for Wire Bonder machines, which includes considering the design and issuing drawings for parts fabrication, along with verifying the results of new or improved designs. Furthermore, you will support production processes and suppliers to resolve problems and implement preventive improvements, as well as address customer requests or issues by proposing solutions and communicating information. Proficiency in CAD design and good English communication skills are essential for this position.
