Job Summary 

  The Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment , talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. This role support business objectives by aligning HR strategies with organization goals.

Key Responsibilities

-  Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning processes.

-  Design and implement learning and development programs.

-  Manage performance management systems (KPI/MBO).

-  Oversee compensation and benefits structure and payroll processes.

-  Promote employee engagement and manage employee relations issues.

-  Ensure HR operations efficiency and proper documentation.

-  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

-  Support organization Development and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

-  Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

-  5-10 years of HR experience across multiple functions.

-  Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

-  Toeic min 500 scores.
