Responsibilities

  • Manage Human Resource Management (HRM) functions, including personnel administration and compensation
  • Develop and implement Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives, including training and skill enhancement programs
  • Ensure all labor practices comply with Thai labor law and company regulations
  • Coordinate with various departments on recruitment and selection processes to match suitable candidates
  • Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Provide consultation and support to employees on human resource-related matters
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data for management review and decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources (HRM/HRD)
  • In-depth understanding of Thai labor law and the Labor Protection Act
  • TOEIC score of 500 or higher, or strong proficiency in English communication
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR software
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Job Summary

This Assistant Human Resource Manager position is a full-time role located at Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate in Pathum Thani.
