Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and purchasing terms
- Prepare purchase orders and related documents according to established procedures
- Monitor delivery status of goods to ensure on-time arrival
- Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders
- Maintain systematic records of suppliers and purchasing history
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of procurement experience; new graduates are welcome
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Meticulous and able to work effectively under deadlines
- Basic negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in procurement planning is a plus.
