What you will do

Job Summary

This Technical Specialist role is a key position that bridges engineering expertise with construction technology. You will develop a deep understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud to present solutions to clients, conduct user training, and provide technical consultation, particularly in applying your knowledge of construction site document control systems.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to help construction projects leverage digital technology to their full potential. You will contribute to driving technology adoption within the construction industry and serve as a trusted expert for clients seeking guidance and support.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud and its functionalities
Present Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions to clients and stakeholders
Conduct training sessions on system usage for client users and teams
Provide consultation and technical support to clients regarding system implementation
Apply knowledge of construction site document control systems (e.g., RFI, RFA, VO, As-Built) in advisory roles
Collaborate with product development teams to convey client feedback and enhance the system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a Site Engineer role or a related capacity
Deep understanding of construction site document control systems (RFI, RFA, VO, As-Built)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders
Strong English communication skills are a plus.
