Responsibilities
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียน ติชม ทาง Social Media,โทรศัพท์ และช่องทางอื่นๆ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับความสะดวกรวดเร็วและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า ทาง Social Media,โทรศัพท์ และช่องทางอื่นๆ
- ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารรายการส่งเสริมการขาย,สิทธิประโยชน์และกิจกรรมต่างๆให้กับลูกค้าตามระยะแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
- บันทึกข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานประจำวัน,รายเดือน,รายปี เพื่อเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาวิชา
- มีประสบการณ์งาน Customer Service ,ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือ Call Center 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารทาง Social Media, โทรศัพท์, การจูงใจโน้มน้าว และ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีบุคลิกภาพและทัศนคติการทำงานที่ดี
