In this Employee Relation role, you will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining positive relationships among employees, and between employees and the company. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various activities that promote employee engagement and development, as well as communicating important company information, policies, and announcements to the workforce. You will coordinate and maintain effective communication with both employees and external stakeholders to strengthen organizational bonding. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, conduct investigations in cases of policy violations, and handle employee complaints, leveraging a solid understanding of labor law, labor relations, and disciplinary procedures. You will support and organize diverse employee activities such as annual parties, sports events, and merit-making ceremonies, contributing to the promotion of company values and organizational culture.
