Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs aligned with business goals
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create annual development plans
Manage end-to-end training projects (internal & external)
Develop engaging learning materials (slides, toolkits, e-learning content, facilitator guides)
Present and propose training solutions to clients and stakeholders
Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, HRD, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development / HRD
Strong curriculum design and learning material development skills
Ability to present, pitch, and “sell” training programs with a consultative approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to collaborate well with diverse teams
