Assistant Operations Systems Manager - Food Passion Co.,Ltd

●      Operations Systems

-        PMS Management : to analyze Operations PMS and trigger to Operations team to drive and improve Operations PMS to achieve targets

-        Store Financial Improvement : To analyze and focus on increase Sales and reduce cost (ex. P&L, COGs, COLs, etc)

-        To drive Operations performance on PMS and Store Financial Improvement

●      Customer Experience Management

-        To analyze customer experience data / info to improve customer satisfaction

-        To initiate operations improvement from customer feedback

●      Engineering Management

-        Building strong Engineering foundation​

-        Develop ops process simplification and optimization roadmap to achieve both efficiency and effectiveness

-        Develop and drive operating cadence for turning overall ops data into impactful actions

-        Increase Profitability and drive to Smart and Green restaurant

●      To collaborate with other departments

●      Related data / info / reporting provide to relevant team

Other tasks as assign

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. (Experience in Restaurant chain is preferred)
• Experienced 3-5 years as a Operation Systems 
• Intermediate to advance skill on Excel
