L&D Specialist - Food Passion Co.,Ltd

Independently design, develop, and conduct onsite and online training programs aligned with restaurant technical and leadership development, business goals, and organizational needs

Take ownership of the end-to-end training process, from course design, content development, and training materials to delivery and evaluation

Develop engaging learning content, activities, workshops, and learning experiences that are relevant to the target audience

Continuously review and improve existing training programs based on learner feedback, business needs, and training effectiveness results, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement

Manage and administer the e-learning system to support digital learning initiatives

Submit and manage training documentation for certification and tax subsidy approval by the Department of Skill Development (DSD)

Support and lead L&D projects and initiatives that promote continuous learning and employee development

Explore and implement new learning trends, tools, AI, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the learning experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a related field

Proven experience in designing and developing training courses independently, from Training Needs Analysis through evaluation

Strong experience in conducting training, workshops, and learning sessions independently

Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and classroom management skills

Ability to develop engaging training materials, activities, and learning content

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and translate insights into improvements

Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, or other learning/content development tools

Creative, proactive, and passionate about people development and learning

Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Service industries is a plus
