Responsibilities
- วางแผนและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานฝ่ายผลิต รวมถึงการจัดตารางการทำงานและการประเมินผล
- ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การผลิตให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุนและของเสีย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า และฝ่ายขาย
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการผลิตประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
- ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานฝ่ายผลิตอย่างน้อย 5-10 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างาน
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตและเทคโนโลยีบรรจุภัณฑ์และการพิมพ์
- ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมงานและการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- ความเข้าใจในระบบคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์และการพิมพ์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
