Responsibilities
- จัดซื้อสินค้าและบริการตามความต้องการของหน่วยงานภายใน
- เปรียบเทียบราคา คุณภาพ และเงื่อนไขจากผู้ขายหลายราย
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อ
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าและบริการเพื่อให้ทันกำหนดเวลา
- ประสานงานกับผู้ขายและหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้ขายและประวัติการจัดซื้ออย่างเป็นระบบ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อ 3-5 ปี
- ความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองและสื่อสารกับผู้ขาย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโรงพิมพ์หรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ และเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
