Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities):
1. System Design & Diagramming (งานออกแบบและเขียนแบบเบื้องต้น):
- ออกแบบ System / Wiring Diagram เพื่อแสดงการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างอุปกรณ์ (เช่น สแกนหน้า -> Switch -> Server) เพื่อส่งต่อให้ผู้รับเหมาเข้าใจ Logic การทำงาน
- ระบุตำแหน่งอุปกรณ์ (Device Layout) ลงบนแปลนพื้น (Floor Plan) เพื่อกำหนดจุดติดตั้งที่ชัดเจน
- ตรวจสอบแบบ (Drawing Review): ตรวจ Shop Drawing ที่ผู้รับเหมาทำมาส่ง ว่าถูกต้องตามหลักการทางเทคนิคและสเปคของบริษัทหรือไม่ ก่อนอนุมัติให้เริ่มงาน
2. Implementation & Configuration:
- System Setup: ติดตั้งและตั้งค่า (Configuration) และสรุปอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งสินค้า 3rd Party (CCTV, Access Control, Video Conference) และ Solution ของบริษัทให้ทำงานได้ตามฟีเจอร์
- Troubleshooting: แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานทางเทคนิคที่ซึ่งผู้รับเหมาทำไม่ได้ เช่น การตั้งค่า Network ลง software ใหม่ เป็นต้น
3. Vendor Management & Site Supervision:
- ลงพื้นที่หน้างาน (Site Survey) เพื่อประเมินความพร้อมและวางแผนการติดตั้ง
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลผู้รับเหมา (Sub-contractors) ให้เดินสายและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ได้ตามแบบที่กำหนด และได้มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
4. Testing & Handover:
- ทดสอบระบบ (User Acceptance Test - UAT) ร่วมกับลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารส่งมอบงาน เช่น คู่มือการใช้งาน (User Manual) และรวบรวมแบบ As-Built จากผู้รับเหมาเพื่อส่งให้ลูกค้า
5. Collaboration:
- ทำงานเป็นคู่หู (Partner) กับ Project Manager โดย PM ดูแลภาพรวม/ลูกค้า ส่วน Engineer ดูแลความถูกต้องทางเทคนิค/ผู้รับเหมา
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคแก่ PM เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการติดตั้งหน้างาน
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):
- Education: ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, โทรคมนาคม, ไฟฟ้า, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Experience: ประสบการณ์ 1-4 ปี ในงาน System Engineer, Project Engineer หรือ Site Engineer
- ขับรถได้ และสามารถเข้างานวันหยุดต่างๆ ได้เมื่อจำเป็น
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน วันจันทร์-เสาร์ (เสาร์หากไม่มี Job ให้ WFA/WFH) หยุดวันอาทิตย์
Technical Skills:
- Network & OS: เข้าใจเรื่อง TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall และพื้นฐาน Command Line
- Software Configuration : ทำงาน และเรียนรู้การตั้งค่าต่างๆ ของ software ในรระบบต่างๆ ได้ (มี training)
Soft Skills:
- อ่านแบบ Floor plan พื้นฐานรู้เรื่อง
- สื่อสารกับช่างและผู้รับเหมาได้ชัดเจน กล้าตัดสินใจหน้างาน
- ทำงานเป็นทีมกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน
