Responsibilities
- จัดหาและสรรหา Pg Event รองรับงานกิจกรรมพิเศษของบริษัทฯ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมไปถึงงานกรณีพิเศษของฝ่ายผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานภายนอก
- ดำเนินการและประสานงานให้กับ Organizer ในการจัดหา Pg Event ลงปฏิบัติงาน
- มอบหมายและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของ Pg Event ให้มีประสิทธฺภาพและประสิทธิผล
- Monitor ตารางการปฏิบัติงานของ Pg Event Pretty และทำสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ ผ่าน App Event
- Admin Process หลังบ้าน Payroll & Billing ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ผ่าน App Event และเอกสารจาก Organizer จัดการสรุปยอดเงินและทำเรื่องวางบิล ส่งต่อประสานงานส่งเบิกไปยังฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายนั้น ๆ
Qualifications
Specification
• เพศหญิงหรือเพศทางเลือก อายุ 26-30 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์งานด้านดูแล สรรหา พนักงาน PG PC
• สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ได้ และปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
• มี Notebook ป็นของตนเองและใช้ MS Office ได้

▪ มี connection PG Event มีทักษะการสื่อสารและถ่ายทอดงานได้ดี
▪ มีทักษะการตัดสินใจและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
