Responsibilities
-ควบคุม และบริหารทีมงาน ให้บริการข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ กิจกรรม และการบริการ ของบริษัทที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ควบคุม และบริหารทีมงาน ให้รับเรื่องร้องเรียนสินค้าและบริการ รับคำแนะนำของลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทาง โทรศัพท์ E-mail , Line และช่องทางอื่นๆ ให้ได้ตามคาดหวังของลูกค้า
-จัดสรรเวลาการปฏิบัติงานทีมงาน ให้เหมาะสมกับนโยบายที่กำหนด
-พัฒนาทีมงาน ให้ปฏิบัติงานได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
-วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้า และแก้ไขปัญหา
-สรุปข้อมูลเป็นรายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน
-งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดวุฒิ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน call center อย่างน้อง 5 ปี และเป็นระดับหัวหน้างาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านการบริหารทีม และการพัฒนาทักษะทีม
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 5-6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้ (แล้วแต่โปรเจ็ค)
