Key Account Executive/Supervisor (Sales support) - Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd / Singha Corporation

Sales Support refers to a set of activities, tasks, and responsibilities aimed at assisting a sales team in achieving their targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Individuals or teams in a sales support role provide the necessary tools, resources, and assistance to salespeople, enabling them to focus on selling and building customer relationships.

• Monitoring Customer Satisfaction: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure they are aware of key customer information, order status, and any special requirements for specific clients. 
• Post-Sales Support: Offering customer service after a sale, handling returns, and making sure customers are satisfied, which helps retain them for future business.
• Order Processing: Resolving customer issues, complaints, or returns by providing solutions or escalating them to the appropriate teams and Handling orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, and helping customers track their purchases.
• Collaborating: Coordinating with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary support to close sales efficiently.

Specification 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
• Experiences in consumer product business in Modern Trade management or Trade Marketing management.
• 3-5 years working experiences as Key Account or Buyer.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication is crucial for answering inquiries, preparing documentation, and supporting the sales team.
• Customer Service Skills: Being able to address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive company image.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools used in sales processes.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing time to juggle administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth flow of the sales process.
