Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor customer satisfaction, ensuring awareness of key customer information, order status, and special client requirements.
- Provide post-sales support, including offering customer service, handling returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster retention.
- Process orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and assisting customers with purchase tracking.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or returns by providing solutions or escalating them to appropriate teams.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure they receive necessary support for efficient sales closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the consumer product business, specifically in Modern Trade or Trade Marketing management.
- 3-5 years of working experience as a Key Account or Buyer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for inquiries, documentation, and sales team support.
- Ability to address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive company image.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales process tools.
- Effective time management skills to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth sales operations.
