Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and gather insights to ensure business stability and sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze sales and shopper data to maximize business performance and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive business plans with customers to ensure sales growth, fair trade terms, and profitability.
- Collaborate with customers to improve operational effectiveness, develop category strategies, and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain detailed account files for each customer, including contact reports, meeting agendas and minutes, proposals, negotiation documentation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the trade and brand teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans, promotion programs, and in-store activities.
- Create and gather all relevant insights from internal and external data sources for assigned accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and related notifications for all concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Age not over 40 years old.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Team management skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
